Bio:
Born in the border town of Laredo, Texas, I grew up loving rock, pop, and Mexican folk. I was a choir girl, taught myself guitar, and went off to the east coast to study psychology. I learned the hard way that music is my healer. I began writing little song sketches and living it up at open mic shows. During my grad studies in poetry, I joined MacJams. Right now, graduated, newly married, and in a new state, I'm focusing on my voice a little more. I want to sing professionally the Mexican and Spanish songs I grew up with, as well as newer songs and the songs I have written, once they are more fully developed. I hope to have recordings to reflect all this soon.
