Bio:
I grew up in the 70's and 80's in the south of the UK in an Irish family. I had always loved music but was never given an opportunity to explore making it for myself. About 10 years ago I bought an acoustic guitar and began strumming in earnest. To date I still don't know what the chords are called but I know when it sounds ok! Garageband opened a new world to me. My first ever recording was through the internal mic of a G4 iMac, using my battered nylon stringed acoustic but processed as if it was an electric, with a vocal that was so hissy i had to put the "telephone line" effect on it to give it any presence at all. Despite this to me it sounded magical and Caryatid was born at that moment.
"Metropolitanne" - a collaboration with Tempie
"Okey Dokey Smokey (Undone) - a collaboration with 12Parsecs
"Dynamite Van Pipe" - my side project with Craig Thomas (Tempie)
