Music Background piano: Classically trained in the piano from around age 5-12. Really I just enjoyed writing my own songs, which was discouraged from my teacher for some reason. I quit for a long time. I began to play the piano again many years later, and mainly I like to improvise, but started writing songs and recording them around 2007.... playing live again in 2008. guitar: I started when I was 16 teaching myself songs I like... I took a semester of classical guitar when I was 18.... I started writing blues songs on guitar when I was 18/19... stopped playing for a good while... started writing and recording in 2007... started playing live in 2008. drums: I played the drums when I was a kid.... I haven't been around a set since so I'd imagine I'd be pretty bad right now.
