I played in bands as a teen into my 20s. Then I went to Film School. Never stopped playing music through the years. Then, one day I found Sound Track in amongst my Final Cut Pro software and I started digitising and re-mastering old bits of recordings. Then I figured out how to record stuff in Garageband and then export racks individually for Sound Track Pro mixes, and that's how I got back into the full swing of recording music.
You'll notice I disable ratings. This is because I don't believe in numerical ratings of any kind on what is essentially a subjective, qualitative communication art-form. I prefer my numbers in sabermetrics. I also hate the Oscars and competitions. But that's just me. As Matt Granz says, deal with it. I know I do, and I sure spend a lot more time with me than you. :)
