I would not say this is traditional metal, as the vocals are more rhythmically oriented than melodic, and the time signatures tend to vary more than the ubiquitious 4/4 of metal, but it's heavy stuff nonetheless from Tiny Man Inside (music/guitars/bass by Mason, percussion by the Composer, vox by Huy).
