Five Star Landscape Music and Lyrics by C Wood

Seems like the wind's blowin'
With a touch of summer haze
Pretty soon we'll be knowin'
Who'll have to pay

Please tell us oh general
How many miles have we gone
If you ask me than I will
Face the shots and the bombs

It's time to run
It's time to load
If anyone's in the area
Tell them go johnnie, go
This is America, the land of the free
And nobody's gonna die in back of me

In back of me

Could this be the last
Of an enemy dream
They look to past
For their devious scheme

Plottin' points ahead of us
Like we don't know where they are
Just watch yourself, Gus
It's not that far

It's time to run
It's time to load
If anyone's in the area
Tell them go johnnie, go
This is America, the land of the free
And nobody's gonna die in back of me

In back of me

We must have our freedom
Must have our will
We will do anything to gain
That possession even kill

You have
a very unique vocal quallity something in the field to Yes-
Bon Jovi, It's almost there. I enjoy the piece and the acid
-rock feel with the fuzz guitar. Reminicent of the Nam
days. What will make your work and that special voice all
the more powerful, is to annunciate the words a little
more clearly. I check out your other tunes and your
consistant with the projection. Your on a good track the
station is just up ahead. Keep stoken the fire and keep up
the steem.

Powerful message
and what a voice.... This is a terrific rock song that
reminds me a lot of Triumph.

I liked the change ups in the tempo- especially the rat-a-
tat of the drums... that adds power behind the songs

My only criticism is the mix, especially the vocal, seemed
a little muddy to my ear. Performance-wise it's excellent
and would be worth re-mixing to bring the vocal forward.
Have you tried doubling the vocal tracks?

Great song.
Vocals/solo need to come way up front great, the piano/
synth volume should not match that of a solo.
