They gave a simple melody to put in...

I just changed it rhythmically and added some of the synths i've been dying to use :D

Synths - Operator
Strings - Garritan Personal Orchestra
Choir - EastWest Symphonic Choirs

Oh yes...
the strings!!! As soon as they kick in it definitely gets epic. As Joel said,
would be killer in a kung-fu flick! I can see the scenes unfold as I
listen. As well, the craziness about 3/4 of the way in was a nice little
ditty. Excellent breakdown. I hope you do well in the comp. Thanks for
sharing.

This works for me
I'm digging it. Good groove. Good use of strings. Like the electronic and
acoustic feel to it. WTG!

great track
A well balanced mix. The strings a pleasant surprise contrasting with the 'farting' leading synth. A very good job. Thanks for sharing.

I agree
On the strings here. They sound quite clever arranged, and the mellotron (?). sounds very good. You got a nice drift going on here sir, triggered alot of emotions!

I really like it
I like the synth bass at the beginning. A great hook. Would work well
on the TV show "Alias."

The choir is great! Sounds very much like a movie soundtrack.

The violin solo is very effective.

Again with the synth bass. That is great!

This is my first listen to your songs, Joel. You've got a great talent for
putting songs together.

Best,

John

East of West and back again
Very cool World sound. This has cinematic fullness. I like the quirkiness
and invention.

Like It
This reminds me of a few bands I like. Namely, "Conjure One." Now you
just need to find a Poe or O'Connor to lay down some cool vocals.

Not sure how long the track is, but if you do add in vocals, might be a bit
short. Not my usual style, but still enjoyable.

While not a Blues Classic,
Being a Blues guy, this is Over There, to me, But

This is a Great Mix, both Rich and Detailed.

Powerful. Has compelling Momentum.

Wish, only, that the Percussion Breaks were more forward and wider, but
hardly a major flaw.

Compliments and Regards,
Cooper

Killer production!
I've never understood how you breakbeat/drum'n'bass/electronic people
do your beats. It sounds to me like a LOT of patience is involved!
This sounds really good - the strings and the choir make a nice contrast
to the groovy, electro beats and that rugged bass synth. Really dug the
beat break near the end.
And finally - a big KUDOS on the production - it's really great!

I love the melody, and the strings make it sounds so pretty. I like the immideate ending, but the strings deff make the song better!
