A song by Cydniko and I added some synths and piano

This is a repost, a remix...I love this tune and just wanted to bring the acoustic piano up, and brighten the mix. bummer that you lose all the existing comments and threads. thx to cydniko, aclarke, skean, 4aero, datafunk & ejh for all the previous threads.

	Evolves Beautifully! sm, yup thats me playing with a healthy assist and help of a MIDI editor. Allows me to clean up the clams and use third party MIDI generation software to add some licks. but yeah, its about 80% me :-) Check out my latest song called Texas stump

	puzzle pieces Ah, that fits right in there, I like how you chose the chords & melody to fit and incorporate the occasional note-jabs from Dion's original. This is a great chillout jazzy piece... very expertly done. Of course, there's a great framework to start from, but you capped it expertly. Aw man - I'm glad that you brought yer stuff up front more - I
remember thinking that I should have said that in my cooments, but I
was too stupid happy just to hear what you had done. And the
additional keys balanced things out quite abit - Amazing how far a
little tweaking can go - I do like this version alot. It sounds more like
it's your tune John, and that's a good thing. Right on sir - Good ear

Simply Beautiful!!!
This is excellent! It has a wonderful, smooth jazz feel to it. Being from San
Diego, CA originally, I would often tune-in to the local jazz station while
parked at the bay, overlooking the city lights at night. It brings fond
memories of those times. Excellent piece! Mellow and melodic. It really
held my attention yet allowed my mind to wander. Very nice work!

Hey Karm...
Every iteration of the Duel series just brings it one notch higher, in terms
of novelty and uniqueness. This sing flourishes in every instruemntal
aspect... I can feel the surround sound richness of the strings and the
infectious drums, and the panning pulsating sounds just seems to
envelope the atmosphere with a serene mood.

	gentle assault Lovely piano playing on this, and a great clear mix (if only i could get such clarity!). I really like the little synth in the background - rerminds me of of John Carpenters work with his movie scores - it keeps the song moving and adds a tiny note of tension. Great stuff.
