rockin
Great uptempo rock song, with country-ish tinges. You've got a great
voice, and there are some fantastic harmonies in here. Good structure as
well, like, the liitle stop before the last chorus, and the false ending.

A very professional piece of work great stuff.

Distant shade of grey
...could have been you song title; but the track is wonderfully black and
white. I really enjoyed the clarity, the build, instrument separation, the
light pop feel. But your vocal are just so nice. I wish you'd also post
lyrics, etc. Really solid track.

cool beat and the singin is
nice to hear.

You gotta good voice. Cool pop sound. Catchy. Like how you keep adding
addictive pop as ya go along.
This stuff is what could go on the radio.

Way to go!

Wow
Very polished sound. It's quality is second to none. Evrything is well
define and clean.

And like others have said your singing is of a high caliber. Fits well with
the tunes that you are posting.

Maybe it's time to send mister "pain" a tune to see what he would say.

very original
Brian, you're really blowing me away with the originality of your work.
LOVE the harmonies, I never here enuf here. Great hooky chorus. The
strings (again) lend a lot to the overall production

Waltons???
Have you ever heard of The Walton's form Canada? You seem to have a similar sound to a lot of great Canadain bands. You should market your stuff up North eh?

Waltons???
i have to plead ignorance to the band you mention. the only canadian bands I
know of right now are wolf parade and arcade fire. I'll have to check the
waltons out. It's interesting to see who people say I sound like on here. I don't
think anyone is even close to who I think I pinch from. I've been said to sound
like the eagles, iain matthews, dan fogelberg (who I've never heard of) neil
finn (who I like but don't think I write or sing like) - even Rick Springfield! (I
don't know how I feel about that one). I'm a huge Beatles fan and anyone who
sounds like them! recent favs are the Long Winters, Decemberists, Starlight
Mints, Arcade Fire, Elbow, Flaming Lips, WIlco and all the alt country bands
like the Jayhawks. I love Teenage Fanclub and anything that Andy Partridge
has ever done (XTC). Beach Boys, Radiohead, Badfinger, Kinks, etc. So there
you have it. thanks for listening!
