As the water closes over my nose
I take my last great breath and start flailing my toes
Like they’ll lead me to the end, maybe ill begin again
Another life comes and goes right under my pen
All of the sudden water starts rushing out of the room
I think maybe im out of my doom
The door slowly cracks as the glass breaks from the window
The rain leaves my body as I throw up a crishendo
Soon my feet hit dry ground
Not concrete, I hear a thick thud from the sound
And I run out of the room,
look into another looked door with a window watching impending doom
The man next to me looks into the window in extasy
Seein the girl that he loves is in the trajectory
Of the flood that left my room now headed for hers
He sprinted cause he knew he couldn’t save her with words
So he smashed the padlock as the water hit the glass
Now me and him sit alone in the water and the past
Cant be changed cause he traded our lives for his girl
Now we wait as water envelops our whole world it’s the rain

This is really great! The production is excellent. I love how you used the samples. It really adds to the atmosphere. Some really good rhyming. You really got the rhythm down. The vocals are there, the beat is there.
I don't like how it cuts out at the end. The strings seem like they are abruptly stopped. Other than that, I think this is excellent!
