Description
This song is dedicated to Bill Furner (thetiler) Let me quote from an online exchange I had with him. He responded to my question about how he could be so good, and so prolific as a writer and a player. His response was in part as follows:
"So, if it's something that yell's out at me, wanting me to learn, I'll sometimes play and record up into the very, very late hours and early morning.
I think I also suffer from lack of enodorifins and I really need almost at the point of desperation sweet beautiful music so I don't have to use medications. I used to be on sleeping pills for a year cause I couldn't sleep. But I found out that didn't work very good at all. Because of my insomnia, I 've even get up very early, like this morning at 4 am to play Betsy my Santa Cruz om/pw acoustical guitar.
I love the filling of well being when I've had fun making a tune that others enjoy.
So that really gets me wanting to produce music".

Lyrics
There are no lyrics to this song but I have written this small poem to describe this song:
"Nightbird, oh Nightbird, give us your songs
Fill the night air, fill my senses all night long
Then with the dawn, close your tired eyes
And let lesser birds use the skies".
"Nightbird, oh Nightbird, give us your songs
Fill the night air, fill my senses all night long
Then with the dawn, close your tired eyes
And let lesser birds use the skies".

Morning Light
