Very pretty, beautiful atmosphere. I'm not crazy about that high register synth sound that comes in about half-way through... Somehow it seems not to go with the acoustic instruments you're using to me; it's also doing something kind of funky rhythmically...
What kind of feedback are you looking for? Are you hoping to get suggestions for where to take this? Basically, you've got a good thing here, so I'd strongly encourage you to stick with it and finish!
