oops on the mean meandering Typed too fast I guess. I meant to type: This was an interesting listen. Seemed like a concept piece. Lot of flavors here. I'd be curious on that guitar synth of yours on how that is set up. This work reminded me in segements of a Quincy Jones or Herbie Hancock arrangement. The two very contrasting sections stirred an image for me of someone taking a drive away from the rush of big city life and finding peacefulness suddenly, after driving over that last hill. You pull the car over and get out, taking in a fresh breath of country air and that pressure filled life suddenly subsides in a feeling of serenity. After an hour of relaxed, contemplative thought, jumps back in the car and back to the hustle and bustle. This was a good listen. --- I know who I am, and you know who you are, but who and the hell do they think they are? Check out my latest song called Tea and Scones

thanks for the comments I'm into the Metheny thing of 'journies' so I'm pleased that you felt it was like that. Actually, there was no structure planned I just wanted a change after a while. yes very diggin this. jammin to the core. really tasty synth work and the beat just pumps pure Oxygen. Could see the house band working up a lather on this, and then the flowers and butterflies come out..its spring..some cool transitions.
