was always a deep feelings given
to me listening to Joan Baez old
live version .I just tried to imitate
her own with what I can do with it.!

Lovely
While I confess I'm not a big fan of Joan Baez I certainly know and love this song with its beautiful ancient melody.

And once again I'm amazed at what an understanding you have of English folk music. You instinctively know how to arrange the songs to stir up the atmosphere of the past and bring them to life, while keeping it simple so that the beauty of the melody shines through.

Beautiful...
very sweet and relaxing piece. It rolls along gently taking us through a lovely country setting of rolling green hills. Don't recall Baez's version but I do like yours very much Feter.

Instrumentation is like to take a deep breath of gold, intrically inlayed on paper, to makes horses and knights, amid rolling hills, a longing for what is the divine, the human search for what it is all about. Such nice singing as always. Your voice really resonates deeply.

Feter, I apologise, I thought I'd already commented here. Lovely interpretation of this old tune. The flute/recorder sound is very enjoyable, as is Mr Sanchez's soft voice. I often feel as though I'm hearing some of your tunes from the past - it's something about the reverb on your voice I guess. Nicely put together my friend.

great version of this one (i too am not a fan of Joan Baez voice, but her song choices were always great). you are really flexible as far as style goes, very cool number. really like the vocal approach in this one too.

It truly is deep!
Makes me want to move to Scotland! Is this weird? It just has that Roamin in the Gloamin kind of feel to it! Very well crafted piece Feter, Beautiful! Took me on a trip far and away. I enjoyed this immensely my friend!

Oh dear ? Mind you it would be no fun if everyone had the same taste in music would it ?
I have Joan Baez on my Ipod she is very good you got that song of to a tea. Joan Baez eat your heart out She would be very proud Feter that you did this song justice.
