I think you take this genre of music to another level. Great lyrics and you put them across so well. Not sure what sound you're looking for on this - it sounds pretty damn good to me. Rik You gave me chills dude ! Its one thing to already love the genre and be complementing someone on what you already kinda know and expect but its another to have moved someone with music so much as to open there ears to new sounds ! New experiences . The nero connectors in the brain after a certain age solidify and path ways are no longer fluid . Thats why they say you cant teach an ol dog new tricks . To have guided you through a path to explore new ventures made the hair on my neck stand . I can tell through your writtings that you were serious and it moved you and opened you mind . I grew up on Bluegrass , Pink Floyd and Hiphop ! Thats my musical Base . So almost all other music has been enlightening to me going back now and finally listening to led zeplin who I just heard a whole album of for the first time last year . This are not my genre or style of music but It is amazing to me how ahead of the times many artists were . Im now exploring classical and soul right now and am in awe of the genius classical music is . I really like the kid intro and in the breaks and the feel of "Mockingbird" here. The accompaniment with the cowbell is perfect. But especially the lyrics - love the lyrics. Nice gettin to know you.
