Smooth! What a wonderfully smooth flow this song has. It reminds me of some 70s music, but I can't really say what in particular. Good songwriting, but I have some quibbles with the arrangement. The percussion is far too soft, and some other elements like that organ (is there a flute somewhere?) might as well not have been there. I know that none of the instruments really does anything like a solo, but that doesn't mean they have to play all of the time. Maybe give some of them an occasional lick that makes them stand out? But keep that guitar the way it is. That electric rhythm part is perfect. Check out my latest song called Desert Stars

Hi John Welcome to MJ... I'm an old fart here.. but I've had little time for either site lately... you'll do well where ever you go... you are talented, with a deep rooted & broad musical knowledge... you are one who went out of his way to consistantly welcome me... this has that easy pop feel of the late 70's, and a hint of that lost classic vibe... I get the sene that your a journeyman when it comes to this craft... and that you've logged some miles in the process... mostly because your stuff has a seasoned air about it... Always a pleasure; Scott Check out my latest song called Good Morning

For some reason this tune reminds me of driving up highway five. Past all the farms on the way to the mountains. The tune put me in a real nice easy mood. I like the courus. Cheers Check out my latest song called salience #2

Soothing Soulfulness Nice fundamental, old-school approach that STILL works. Yes, the arrangement and production could use some tweaks, but the song shines. That, to me is far more important in the grand scheme of things. Nicely done. Welcome to MacJams. ;) --- Joe Check out my latest song called A Night @ Neverland

You've maintained a very nostalgic folk - pop sound here. Really brings me back to yester year. Plus the voice really shines. This is terrific. I would think this tune is deserving of many fans and votes. Again, what a radio friendly tune. Cool high notes! Wow! Plus what a good recording to get the melting of all the instruments so nicely. Cool ending! Glad I ran into this gem! Check out my latest song called I't Been A While
