Description
Number six for my Children's music" album: "Goodbye." Like the others before, it's short, but I tried to keep it more simple this time.

Night time
André: Excellent. Sweet sentiment and comfort for a sleepy child. Well composed and played. I hear the parent singing softly words of assurance, the promise of another day.

Good day
My lyrics are done! I sent you my mix.

Good Day Lullaby

Every day we say hello
to rising sun and dough
Some folks go to do their work
Others go berserk

When it's noon, it's time to eat
plants or slabs of meat
Time to rest a bit, then start
to do more math or art

Do you know how much I love you?
Very much, I do
Let us build some walls, together,
safety from bad weather

Now it's time for goodnight hugs
Quiet time for birds and bugs
Tomorrow is a good day, too
to make our dreams seem true

Maybe something a little more eloquent?
I'll give it another try. Something more traditional and gentle. Maybe emulate a work from the Romanatic period, as you suggest.

It's a pure, simple day
in the arms of the one
who takes care of your needs
gracefully

As I rock you to sleep
in the quiet of the hour
there's a vision of what
you will be

Richard...
I would like to give this lullaby as a present to a friend who expects a baby in april. I want to frame the music score and give a cd with it with my piano playing and your singing the text. What do you think about this? Do you think you could write lyrics that fits this kind of present?

I will help you with the lullaby, André. The new arrangement you sent to me is very nice.
