Disco? When I saw the genre, I was like, there's no way, he's puttin' me on. But then, I listened, and sure enough, it is. Wow. Not only is is disco, but it's also your style, which I'd have never thought you could do, had I not heard it with my own ears. Great stuff man. Thanks for sharing this gem. Octaves that bass is octaves is a well-known disco cliche, but listening to my (somewhat decent) disco collection I find that it actually doesn't occur all that often. Indeed, the bass player often seems to have considerable freedom to just groove. This song reminds me a bit of some songs by Sylvester. Were you aiming for any specific 70s artist? You definitely have a good groove going here. The production with the missing top end also contributes to that vinyl feel. Nice job. Check out my latest song called Desert Stars
