I recently sent rsorensen a few tracks to check out and he came up with a perfect set of lyrics for this new tune. It has a great sound and he has surely breathed some new life into this one. It's kind of a light groovy tune that just kicks your butt in the chorus. Definitely right up my alley.

Yeah, I was thinking if I was doing those vocals my neighbors would think my wife and I were fighting and call the cops or something. Awesome delivery as usual man. Rock and Roll all the way.

Man... the drums sound is killer, the guitar playing is superb and excellently recorded. The vocals were good for the music, very nice song. I like it!

Thanks Yeman, always great to hear from you my friend. I love working with the Drums on Demand - so much better than my old drum machine. I had this song on hold for a while because I thought it needed to be rewritten. Now that the vox are there I'm glad I left it.

When I heard the first vocal take on this I wasn't sure what to expect - then that chorus hit and about knocked me over! It totally caught me off guard and I loved it.
Whats funny is my wife was in the other room and she yelled back "What the hell are you listening to?" She's great. Mission accomplished on the vox!
We may put another track together sometime too - almost have a 3 song EP now.

oh wow, this is great! Love when the screaming "STAY" came in - I was kind of ready for it because I'd read the other comments first, but still - it GOT me! Ridd's vocals are hot, and nick's guitar just wails. I love this - thanks!

Thanks Karen. This really took a life of its own once the vocals were complete. I'm glad you were prepared for the chorus because it is something else. I hadn't played guitar for a few years before I came here so I'm glad it sounds OK.

excellent tune. I thought of the Pixies even before I read Peters comment. It's that cool bass and subtle guitar in the verse and the killer chorus.
An ideal collab. Ridd's vocals fit perfectly. guitar solo was sweet too!

reminds me I haven't listened to the Pixies in a long time. My guitars are usually far more distorted so it was fun to clean them up a little for this. Ridd's vocals came out just spot on too.

Great rock attitude on this. Nice grooving song. Nirvana-ish in many parts, but not too much. Nirvana can be like salt sometimes, you have to have the right amount.
And this is just right.

I never really thought of the Nirvana feel but I know what you mean now. Just a little bit in parts. I have such a hard time classifying my music or comparing it to others. It always ends up "Alternative Rock" for lack of a better description.

Nice work. Great collab. Totally dig the chorus. That scream is huge. STAAAAAAAY! The drum break after is also a cool open groove and creates a pause that refreshes..... Plus a wah is always a plus in my book. The guitar is full with a nice clean-ish bite. Thanks

what a great team you guys make. Excellent groove and production - killer licks all around - I like the bass and low guitar together and the drums are right on. Then there's the lyrics and vocals topping it all off. Great song.
