Description
This is my version of a Head Crushing Machine song that was posted yesterday :http://www.macjams.com/song/44281, as it is quite the kind of stuff I'm into at the moment.

I just added lyrics, sung them - using the theme as an excuse for typical vocal sloppiness- and put a bit of synth at the end.

Lyrics
"I am walking home and it's too late
I'm walking and not quite straight

If you think I'm a thirsty wreck
give me a drink or... give me a break (x2)

I have tried rehab I have tried detox
it left my heart dry and on the rocks

If you think I'm a thirsty wreck
give me a drink or give me a break (x2)
If you think I'm a thirsty wreck
don't shake my hands if my hands shake

I have a got a wife I have got a kid
I wish on my life they were liquid"

Hello, there
I was just waiting in the aisles for a tune I could steal;

Thanks for the "way out sounds". I'll transmit to Head Crushing Machine.

Give Me A Break
Very interesting lyrical ideas you have here. My song was originally about a ship destined to sink to the bottom of the sea. Not really.

Your lyrics are clever and well sung with just the right amount of sloppiness. Thanks for taking the interest in my sad story about life (and death) on the high seas and turning it into a sad story about a man sinking to the bottom of his glass.

I'm very impressed by the exiting synth sounds. Wish I was the composer of that simple and perfect portion of the song.

I'll buy the next round.

You, Me and Davey Jones
They say it's lonely at the top, but to an Australian submarine captain, that has a different meaning.

Thanks again for taking this song and making it your own.

Hello there
This a new sound that's not really mine. but I certainly like it.

I have an 80 synth pop fetish, these days, so be warned.

Great Collab.
Just finished listening to Pretty Hate Machine and this is a delightfully twisted take on '80's industrial-dance music.

Nice work.

Glad you like it
I think 80s industrial music is what Headcrushing machine may have had in mind. I just twisted a bit more.

Sorry I missed this when it was all the rage of the site. I'm enjoying it now like the other 3 people that downloaded it.

Nice vocal treatments and a perfect clab.

Yeah
it's doing about as well our own dopplerganger clab. That's what happens to pionneers. But let me tell you, one day, there will be people making songs entirely with synths !

A Man With A Vision
You are the Nostradamus of this community. Always thinking so far forward. I hope we live to see the day when people make songs entirely with synths. That, my friend, will be a day to remember.
