Let Me Know by BossHook

Let Me Know

She's always on the outside
She's always looking in
But the way she really loves me
It doesn't feel like sin
Like Sin

No you can't carry that weight up on your shoulders
You got no place to go
When you're feeling better
You just let me know

You can't hold that world up on your shoulders
You got no place to go
And when you're feeling better
Well you just let me know

John
This is a sweet tune!

Love the guitars! They work so nice together!

The fill in by the rhodes like piano sounds really great too!

Good strong vocals, right out front. Nicely sung with emotion.

Maybe its just my headphones but I could stand a little more bass.

But really overall John is very well done and really a nice track!

Thanks!

Great Vocal
Hi John

A very good vocal you have. Great song. Melody is good and the guitar is played very well.

Dude
Man it's hot out there. The humidity is amazing. I'm gonna listen to this one again on my Ipod and sip some iced tea. Seriously, nice, clean and easy feeling tune. Great rythmn guitar recording. Again, great chord changes. I like your voice on these quiet tunes dude, really brings out the true texture of your voice. Way to go pal.

Hope
your trip up to WIS was good. I think your perceptions about me singing these lighter tunes is so dead on. I like my voice much better on these songs too. Now it's back to my next girly man song.

Well....
You have a new fan on the basis of 2 songs, and I'm on my way down the list, man this is some great songwriting, singing, and playing. It sounded to me like there was just a touch to much reverb on your vocal or not enough on the instruments I think if you gave it a tweak it would sound much tighter. I am just a hack so take it for what it's worth. I figure it's worth a fav and a download.

Ahhhh - summer :)
Solid song in the West Coast style. I can hear the Eagles throwing harmonies on it. Drums are a bit repetitive, and to me it could have taken another verse or two, but a cool little summer song.
