Lyrics
Distorted Gospel Blues

You’re telling me God speaks to you?
You’re telling me you know the unknowable?
You’re just making stuff up using your one book
I can take the same words and make them sing the blues

You’re telling me God speaks to you?
You’re telling me you know the unknowable?
I wanted to be humbled and transcend myself
And all you give me is distorted gospel blues

cool
i like this, what's really making it for me is that wild organ part. i didn't read the lyrics at first and i thought thought you said "you're telling me God speaks through you." very cool track with great lyrics.
Check out my latest song called Behind Enemy Lines (w/Bud and Particle Dots)
