Description
I'm currently in the process of writing a wacky, paranormal-themed comedy sketch show for British television. This was one idea for a theme tune I came up with using various Garageband instruments and Soundfonts.

dead-on!
I always love your stuff, audio and visual... it shows a mind overflowing with creative talent... too bad I can't tune in and watch the result, your description is tantalizing! And this music seems to fit the picture perfectly... a bit off-kilter, bombastic-in-a-silly-way, with a tinge of ethereal beauty... all packed into a minute. Excellently done!

Sounds like fun
"... a wacky, paranormal-themed comedy..."

Sounds a bit like our current government. :P

The tune's theme seems familiar, certainly suggestive of Danny Elfman.

Best of luck getting it on the air. ;)

Like what I hear so far
but I wish I could get to see the end results on the tele hear in the States. Sounds like it will be fun when it gets on air, and I know it will. The theme sounds a little familiar, but not in a way that would indicate it's a copy of something, just that the genre has a certain kind of feel to it and this possesses that.

Nice bit of work, hope you have much success with it.

Be well and be cool,

Ed

Well done!
Very effective. I've heard so many uninspired TV intros over the years, this one has a fresh energy to it. Would work for anything from Dr. Who to, I don't know - Eureka? The drums come in a bit early and were a bit distracting. Otherwise excellent choice of instruments and easily memorable chords and melody.

Excellent
I really like this. I guess it's a work in progress but I think it's off to a great start. It definitely has the vibe you seem to be going for. The arrangement sounds really good. I'd love to hear this when it's finished.

awesome
this is great for a theme song, granted i haven't seen the visuals, but if it means anything: it goes perfect with the picture you used. the length is perfect as well. are you going to do other versions with slightly different instrumentation to play throughout the show? really great.
