I contacted Racerat and said 'Do you have any simple rock n roll, verse chorus verse chorus tracks, 'cause I want to write a song about Megan Fox?"
Lo and behold, he sent me 3 kick -arse tracks
I got into (not literally) Ms Fox after reading an interview with her in last months GQ, and wanted to write a song about her (my wife is very understanding)... then I started thinking what it would be like for the journalist, having to meet this girl for a short time, but what if he got infatuated, and his hormones kicked in ....
... anyway, this is the result.
I didn't want to post this as Echoroom, but Phil convinced me otherwise, so blame him!
The culprits are:
Philip and Andrew Van Dusen - all guitars and bass (aka the rockin' VanD bros!)
Drums - I have no idea, but they were live and a bastard to mix
Vox, lyrics, teenage girl obsessions - me
This is the third time I've tried to upload this bugger, as Kenyan broadband is not very broad, so third times the charm, maybe....
I've posted a lot of nice, slow songs recently, so here's the antidote ....
