From the mythical "Hey swingers,get that party started with the...monggz!!!" album, a tasty piece of frat-rock. When I lived in the states, I was on a campus where fraternities were banned and a lot of nasty stories were told about them. Hence that song. Sorry to all nostalgic greeks out there, it's nothing personal.
