Samples I have an unruly and overstuffed folder of soundbites that I pick through as needed; lots of oldtime radio stuff, ads, audiobooks, etc. The dominatrix at the beginning is my kids' German au pair; I was trying to get her to sound a little tougher and more jaded than her (very musical) voice could muster. Later, it dawned on me that my "coaching" sounded like a spurned lover and since her laugh was absolutely withering in that context, I left everything just as it was. The other stuff was dropped in to keep the general vibe of cruel dominance flowing, and includes a quote from Frank Lloyd Wright, a sample from "I Want A Divorce" (a short-lived radio show from the 1940's) and some other unidentifiable junk. Funny you'd mention the production. When I originally posted it, I was in a real funk over the mix, and was looking for some production advice. Later, when I discovered that I had once again mismanaged my files, and couldn't open the project folder, the mixing issue was settled once and for all! Glad you enjoyed, Len. There should be this category in the list.The percussion is awesome.But when you mentioned the explicit content i though it would come from your voice.That´s good anyway, because that was a very loud and clear explicit word.
Where were the samples taken from, if may ask?
