Description

Back in the saddle slinging some noise and having fun with distortion and such. This came together real fast starting with the bass and drums then messing with a synth sound till it was crying to be let go (bit crusher - distortion - wah - automatic filter). Two guitar tracks followed and then the space break was born. It's nice to have some kind of flow going after a bit of a dry spell.

	This flows... like a movie soundtrack for a sci-fi movie that is really nothing but a western in space(see "Outland"- though this wold be more of an Eastwood flick). Dry? Kevin, you can't be serious. First of all this is monsterous and very cinematic. The bass is HUGE and diabolical! The bit crushing and distortion going on is dastdardly. I am imagining a super lo-budget desert indie film gone horribly to the dogs and the whole cast and crew die of thirst scratching longingly at the dusty Evian bottles long gone dry and the now-empty styrofoam plates of sushi blowing like tumbleweeds in the hot and acrid breeze. Hmmm, but I digress. Nice tune. DL as usual my friend.

	That Artwork! That artwork is hilarious! I really dig the guitars and the bass. The drums bug me slightly because it sounds like that they occupy a different space apart from the other instruments. and don't tell yourself that. Look at the MC5, The Replacements, Husker Du - The Minutemen - Jane's Addiction - all great bands from across the American landscape. Then there's England - France - Germany - Iceland etc. it's in your attitude not your latitude.
