Description
Of course, there was no way to avoid it, I had to make a violin and piano version of this piece...

wonderfully busy
opening, just like a child that dashes around before tiring him/herself out and then a last splurge, lovely piece, cheers M

A Searching Child
I like it! Holds up under multiple listenings :)
I listened to the piano version 2nd, which I think i like better... though I particularly like the switches to pizzicato in this version. Trying to figure out why-- maybe it's register. I'm wondering if the violin part were transposed an octave to viola... and brought down a little in the mix?

Children Grow
My hat is off.
My remark on the earlier version about the Gospell voicings don't seem valid here because something else is happening. Is it possible to write more articulation into the bowing? Specifically, the volume of the violin is too consistent, at least to my ear. It should swell and flow, and diminish in a more vocal manner.
Don't fret, this is great inspiring music. Thank you for sharing.

difficult
the dynamic change in long notes is I think difficult to do, but I hope to get a real recording soon.

very artistic
although the sounds are not very natural the tune is great and very well played.
I would love to hear it from a real violin and piano duo.

Two-minute waltz!
Very charming piece. I hope you get to hear it live some time, rather than with a midi violin.
