might have been a little ........................ absent for this I suspect :) I hear a lot of Lennon in the "When I try ...." bit. Tis is really a very nice little tune KB - Starts out sounding like it will be pretty straight up ballad material, but the shift into Lennon sound really livens things up. I like the way you sing this - and musically everything sounds great.

I must be slipping, but I haven't found any nits in a couple of songs today ;)

	famous new beginnings I love simpler, more passionate stuff like this. Contrary to how it may sound, simple is not easy... in fact, to get a guitar, bass and laid back drums to fill out a whole song is hard, and the talent reserved for a special group of people (like REM who this reminds me a bit of... 	This is brilliant Yeah, really brilliant. Best lyrics I've heard on MJ in quite a spell. Nice demented undertone to it that gives it a nice edge, a scent of Nick Cave perhaps. I'd say the drums remind me more of "Five Years" rather than "Rock and Roll Suicide" I love the musical arrangement, everything belongs. Marvellous voice.
