Description
Simple intro/outro music, to accompany a video of sheep being sheared out on a small farm in Descanso, California, April, 2009. I took the old children's song "Bah bah, black sheep, have you any wool..." and rewrote it as a simple canon for piano, clarinet, flute, and celesta... giving it a baroque air... and decided to call it "Bach Bach Black Sheep". This second version of the music is ever-so-slightly embellished from the original music in the video. I hope you enjoy this, and more importantly, the video!
After the annual shearing, the raw wool is collected in bags, and if the quality is good enough, it is washed and dyed and spun into wool, for making socks, sweaters, etc. One small fleece can probably make about 10 pairs of socks, or one sweater.
