Description
OK I loaded the wrong final version last time. This is the actual one I worked on.

As mentioned previously if you think you might be able to come up with an appropriate guitar solo please let me know.

Enjoy.

Lyrics
I can't take it anymore
Tired of rowing for the shore
I can't wait for truth to rescue me

Through the days and the nights
My imagination fights
Apparitions you just cannot see

I lay down inside my boat
On this dark sea I will float
I surrender to a certain destiny

-----

I dream about a clear blue sky
And wish that one day I could fly
On wings of gold that will carry me
(My wings unfold and will carry me)
Far away from this endless sea

-----

Darkness falls again at night
There's no comfort , there's no light
Pray the waves might take me while I sleep

Like it has at times before
Daylight sees a distant shore
I can never reach or so it seems

I stare at that distant land
Wonder if it's all so grand
Close my eyes and drift into the night

-----

Tossed and turned as night goes on
Im not sure I'll see the dawn
Mighty is the power of the sea

Clouds roll in the sky grows dark
Water rises past the mark I
Slip into a dream of what could be

Free at last from earthly ties
I ascend into the skies
The light grows bright and it's blinding me

Good Song
I like the melody of both the chorus and the verses. I'm not sure you really need a guitar solo added to this. I liked what you had played on the break. The song is good enough that a lead may not add anything at all.

One thing that you might consider is a more active and pronounced bass. Think you could get Paul McCartney to come in and add something for you.

Well written, played and recorded. Nice going 7.

I forgot
I also thought the beginning strings and piano were a great way to begin. Kind of sounded a little bit like Moby.

I still liked it though. Very nice!

Very cool, reminds me of Alan Parsons
this is an excellent song with perfectly appropriate production. the guitar that comes in on the 2nd verse is sublime and the verses transition to the chorus in a very professional way. I'm going to jam along with this and see what comes of it.

Endless sea
I still like it. I agree with Monkaton up above -- the guitar bits you did were just right for the song, but it needs more bass. Nice work.

cool seaside song
excellent tune. nicely put together. I really like the vocals here. they really kick it up a notch on the killer chorus. Parson's yeah I can hear that a bit as well.
