4 O'clock Tea and Blues

Get Flash to see this player.

Description
Instrumental Blues /Jazz just a whmsy laid back Brit likes his Tea and his Blues so put the two together and see what you get......usually a soaked keyboard in my experience and that is why the Tea can give you the Blues.....or purple faced apoplexy....go on have a brew ......It sounds like the "band" have been imbibing something with their tea and quite possibly have idiotic grins on ! !

And Dats Da Blues
Love it Jarvo play dem blues. Just mopping the blood from my ears with the unexpected symbol crashes though. My own fault for listening through the head phones again.
Love the tone of the geetars but your as bad as me when it comes to putting on the Drum track. Ends a bit sudden needs a end riff.

Well that's
your fault for listening thru' the cans...I hate those programmed robotic drum machines tho' so I played ,well ,loosely played the drums on the keyboard...it wanders a bit but even Old Moony had his off days! !I spose one answer would be to follow a programmed drum track then play along to that and then replace it with keydrums......hmmmmm...

And it
ends abruptly because I cocked up the last minute....really beyond rescue....should have faded it out really....actually I am beginning to think that this is a bag of smelly stuff.......

Relaxed Blues, yeah
Is that what you Brits see in tea, the way you get all laid back and funky on the stuff. ;-)

Love it Chris. Starts out a little loose, but it still manages to make the point. Besides, I hear tell it's really difficult to drink tea and play the drums at the same time, much less a guitar.

Fun listen my friend, thanks for the D/L

Ed

Well the
looseness comes from me being a lazy git and not retaking tracks I 'spose...I know what you mean but I kid myself that it makes it sound live, not great live but hey!Anyway glad you stopped by,welcome as ever...Chris

from a drummer
.... bang on chris .... when any other instrument gets all relaxed they call it "jamming". I get so weary of folks always demanding a set pattern and time keeping from us. :- ] Jarvoid can do no wrong and so say all of us.

As I
said to Pockbluesman, I have gone right off progeammed drums, either PC or machine generated because you have no sense of variation from them.....this way it's not great drumming but one day maybe? I played them on the keyboard....without a clue how to play drums just hit the bass drum and a couple of crash cymbals....Thanks for the listen DA.

The brew would be nice...
...but it can get pretty sticky on the keys, too, you know...

Cool groove...love that acoustic rhythm sound moving with the piano...laid back leads. Sweet.
