Description
I've had a dry spot for a while, but trust a tragedy to get the inspiration flowing. The Death of Michael Jackson, brought home to me something I'd thought about before. Whenever there's a tragedy, shootings or unexpected famous deaths, the people rally round and the love that goes out to them and those who are left is like a huge comforting blanket. It always makes me wonder if these sad events happen to bring people out of there own little personal worlds, which they take for granted, so that they can see how deeply they really do care for others when push comes to shove. These events really do bring out the best in most people (I said most.... not all ).
Well this song came as a result of my musing over these things and isn't a commentary on MJ alone, but on all such sad occurrences.
