Description
I heard the song "Zeppy Collab" by Kevin (BUD), and fell in love with the potentials it gave me. Although I did not have any particular sense of where to was going to go, he sent me his files, and I sat down and did let it flow. I sincerely hope BUD finds the outcome interesting, although many things have changed in the song, such as added instruments and vocals. I had great fun exploring this. Here's the orginal:
Zeppy Collab
Here are BUD's words in regards to the same:
This incomplete track has been kicking around for months. It just came up on shuffle and decided I might as well put it out as is - for anyone to muck with or ignore. Both are fine. It's a bit derivative to say the least - but it was fun.

Lyrics
The Seagull Zeppy
We walk on the sand, yellow is the sun, we drive ourselves mad at Old Orchard Beach.
We play for cash, and kiss for good luck, our bodies are buried in the sand.
At night, the moon is large as a dime, it smiles secretly behind the clouds.
The midnight jazz, the wealthy crowd.
The craziness we love my dear, the smoke is running down the stairs,
and the Seagull is dead, our feet are bare.
And the fire, and oh the fire. And the buildings, and the Pier, where we dance,
and your dress, and my heart, and your lips.
And the sky is filled with fireworks, porcelain dolls are sleeping light.
The waves are roaring as they fight, the piano is crying in the night.
God is sleeping, drink my blood, laughter fills the sky.
Swim for darkness, swim for fun, swim for love, and swim for sin.

you did a great job with this one. the drums sound perfect. it's not a zep song anymore; it's like post-goth now. love it.
