somewhat abstract in design.

I heard of this dude through another emcee i know so i decided to submit a verse and see what whats up. He liked the concept I had going so I asked Konsciuos to come for the ride and drop the second verse. Overall i like what Mojos guys ended up doing with the track although i do feel the vocals are a tad to loud for my taste. I think Kon shines on this track with his impeccable flow and commanding voice, which suits the nature of the track.

An Alien Invasion
Highlights: 1:30+ Open the other dimensions..... Never heard anything so fast and articulate. Really loved it. Sounds like what I imagine Go_Turtle_Go would sound like if he rapped. In contrast, the slower, smoother vocal really allows me (the listener) to catch my breath and sink back into the track. I like that voice particularly. It has a real unpanicked coolness to it.

I like the repetition of the "An Alien Invasion" sample through the entirety of the tune. "We out of this world"

The only part I wasn't nuts about was the public service announcement. At the beginning and the end. I realize it sets the scene, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the package, IMHO.

I didn't listen with headphones so no production comments. Sounded good on my speakers though.

i agree, Kon really highlights the track.

the alien invasion dubs are dope, one of my favorite parts.

I didnt like the intro either, that was added by Mojos guys. it does set the scene, but doesnt "fit" right. i was late getting it back to them so they were rushed in adding samples.

OMG! You guys sound great. I agree with you though about the vocals being just a little loud with no real breaks in between to let the listener hear the music underneath because I really like this beat. Im really diggin' this collaboration and am so excited for you!

The production on this track came out quite good...
I thought it was sick what they did with the alien invasion line for the hook. Cool to hear mojo's verse as well... i'm gonna have to check out the mixtape.

	Atmosphere! Quite the mood is set here. Hip hop has a knack for establishing command over the listener, but this song takes it to a higher level. I love all the notes gyrating in the back.
