Waltzing flies I dig the 6/8 or fast waltz feel, the almost jazz drumming. Glad you are coming out with a CD of your stuff. I've been a fan since you first posted here. Just wondering, is this a studio production, a real drummer, or you doing all the parts yourself. Also, is this an outtake, or is the fade out / fade in what exists on the CD? Nice understated feel. Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

Hi Tobin Not studio (or my iMac is a studio), not a real drummer either, drumloops! takes long to find the right ones, heh. I'm a one-man band I'm afraid, all other instruments played live. Check out my latest song called Flies On Oranges

nice this is really sweet. that guitar sounds great, and so tasty. drums are perfect for this. how did you get that bass sound? sounds like Chris Squires rickenbacher. really nice. Check out my latest song called Behind Enemy Lines (w/Bud and Particle Dots)

Flies on oranges I wish there was more music like this at MJ. I enjoyed the dueling guitars, and I'm a sucker for 6 time. Almost has a live sound to it. And that surprise ending --- too cool. Make a song out of that. That was great. Check out my latest song called Examination Dream

Some of your stuff... just for moments, reminds me of Hunter and Wagner in some of their Lou Reed moments--guitars with edge, but also with sweetness, and playing harmonized lines... I think you got some nice funkiness in the drums that doesn't disrupt the guitar flow... I like the tone on the bass, too.... Ed Check out my latest song called Next Time Around (w/jiguma)
