Description

Found Kassias "Sit Down" and loved it, so thought id give it a go at creating a song out of it.
I would like to think of this as an OPEN COLLAB, as i feel it may sound better with more to it, (strings maybe? etc) so if you would like to add to it then please message me.

The vocals, lyrics and editing of "Sit Down" (Piano track) were all done by me.

Good work Niall...
Nice work coming up with lyrics and a melody line across Kassia's great piano piece. I would lower the vocals ever so slightly, and add a teeny more room reverb to help it blend with the piano. And you could add your own sung harmonies to this instead of strings... just try adding little vocal harmonizing here and there, I bet it would work!

Yeah i was going for that with the lyrics, like no matter how hard a situation is, there is always some hope there.

I agree, i would love to have someone add to this, not that i think it sounds bad now, but just to say what could be done maybe...
even though it may not sound as heartfelt and real if it had too much added to it but who knows...?

This is a very sweet and heartfelt song you've created here. The lyrics are lovely and your performance is full of emotion. There are a few spots where the timing and pitch seem to be a little off, but those things can add to the intimate feel of the piece. It all depends on what sort of sound you wanted to convey. Thanks for taking "Sit Down" to a whole new place.
