Description
it's summer, and summer means drag racing. so i thought i'd write a drag tune. i wanted a real bare bones garage-y sound, a little rockabilly, a little surf, a lot of hot rod, etc.
disclaimer: the perfect drag song has already been written - 'shut down' - it is impossible not to speed to that song, you could be driving a ford fiesta and you'd still feel like a hood with a Model A - so this tune owes a lot to that song, even though it's not hardly as good.
