	. i used the offsets to mimic the two layers of echo present in the loop. but i also spread them out using some panning (some actually move during the intro). when it finally kicks into the main beat it's sort of an echo of the guy's memory of dancing so many years ago. thanks for listening and for the thoughtful comments Check out my latest song called One For Me

and hear this again. Ive listened to it about five times now and I keep discovering intriquing, haunting textures that underscore the extraordinarily poignant pull of the piece.
