Hello Max;
I am attaching the demo sound recording for Andrew to mix in at the intro. of the documentary. Tell Andrew the scene with the Chicks sneaking thru the airport as meter maids was inspired ... very Beatlesque. The good thing is so far all the footage being used is in the public domain. We have contacted each of the Chicks and they have given their tacit approval for their names being used but due to the Holbrook civil case I doubt we will get any interviews. Legal tells me the "interview" segment from Vegas is open to public consumption as well as it was broadcast on local TV in Vegas. We cut that in ( "... I am smarter than the others) Legal also advises the following "live" tracks may also be used in the documentary as publishing rights have not been licensed :
"Pay Back and Shovels "
"Mark Holbrook is So Dead"
"Mark Holbrook is So Dead ... Remix)
"Ovary Empathy"
"Girl Meeting"
"Swiss Army Knife"
We are looking forward to the final footage cut of the Vegas show and will remix when it is ready. PBS is interested in using the final for "pledge week".
