Description
This was one of my first creations in Garage Band way back when. I decided to add another guitar and re-mix it in Logic Pro. I decided to ask John Parker (blamm) if he would sing on this for me. Once again John, thanks for coming through.

This song is about selective listening.

Lyrics
If your up for trial it's better left unsaid
Keep your lips shut tight everything will be all right...

It's a shame didn't think you were to blame
Should you change could you ever be that way
be that way...

Never even heard whatever had been said
and try may you pretend your looking for a fight
Pay attention now stay focused and attend
don't let your mind wonder thinking from with in...

It's a shame didn't think you were to blame
Should you change could you ever be that way
Can't be trained you would never be the same
They complain though you couldn't be that way
be that way...

So your on the stand a witness to your crime
Cross examined then you utter up a lie...

It's a shame didn't think you were to blame
Should you change could you ever be that way
be that way...

What an awesome sound, John
Love the sound on all the Guitars, and blamm's vox is killer.

Hell of a song my friend, with driving energy and a great backtrack holding down the fort.

Love it John

Gritty...
... gritty vocal work lends a great track some real class. You guys clearly work well together. The chunky guitar is terrific and adds texture. Great tune

smokin
that's some smokin' guitar, not the filter 100's kind either, more like chesterfield kings, the kind that leave tobacco between your teeth. LOVE that riff dude.

Ahroo!
Great job! That reverb at the end, well, maybe, I dig this a lot. The production is so strong. That musicianship is top notch.
Vocals are impressive, and fit the tune. I will be back here for more...

THAT WAY
This song rocks! I love the "in your face!" guitar sound, and the counter melody in the second chorus is classic. In fact the chorus itself has a great chord progression. Vocals are excellent and fit perfect into this song. I listened to this one several times, and I appreciate the share.

Perfectly in the pocket riffing...
...which can be harder than it looks....

And the vocals are perfect as well....

This thing kicks butt and rocks.... Lyrically, you coulda sold this one to the Gin Blossoms, although it rocks a little harder than they tended to do... Nice solo... And the production is tight and clear....

Tighty alrighty!
Strange, I thought I commented on this already... glad I checked back because it's tight, tight, tight. Great mix, the blammyvoxerator is crystal clear and yet the guitar addict in me doesn't feel cheated one bit.

So when's the video coming out? This one would have a great plot to it.
