Description
I was so proud of this one when I did it back in 2003. Again, this is from the 2003/04 sessions I did with my good friend R.C. Brown. Home recording on a computer was rather new to me so he took care of the production.

It is SOOOO bad compared with what we can do today.

I'm gong to defiantly redo this some day soon and also add a few more parts. I do think it's a good song. And I remember writing for R.C.'s girlfriend to sing, but it never happened,

I hope my dad will post a revised version at lavalamp one day.

Dave

BTW, that's my dog, Molly

Lyrics
Undone

I know I have come undone
This is how I feel, and I know that it is real

And if you see me, walk across the room
And you know that soon, I will be next to you

I get a feeling in my head
I get a feeling in my head
When our eyes are locked into a trance

Because you are the love of my life
Maybe I don’t say it, but I know that we will make it

I am nothing without you
I cannot survive not being in your arms

I get a feeling in my head
I get a feeling in my head
When our eyes are locked into a trance

I am not the only one who wants to have fun
When we are on the run…

What light on yonder window breaks?
Well crafted. I can't help but reflect on my own music. Endearing tune with genuine heart.

Progress
It's better than looking back and seeing the opposite. Tastefully done electric guitar accents. Could be off the Reality Bites soundtrack. I hope your dad does find time for a revised version.

the song itself is really good, yeah have dad give it a go.
this is very badfinger, Dave.

It needs a slide guitar solo. hint, hint.

Sounds great
is this protools? Nowadays we do have so many more options, but the song still stands on its own merits!

nice one
the son is as good as the father. this is a great song, kind of reminds me of the smiths for some reason. this could definitely use a rebuild, good as is, but would really shine with the right treatment. i would definitely keep the cocteau twins style guitar and fake sounding drums though. awesome.

so proud
the style suits you, that johnny marr rhythm guitar and the choppy vocal phrasing, also really like the deep/high double vocals. love the bouncy, "up" feel. i agree with vic, let dad have a go at this.
