Description
I couldn't get into the right creative frame of mind for a Bond tune so I'm posting this one instead, which is I guess quite the opposite - a country-tinged indie rock ballad kind of thing. I REALLY wanted an authentic Pedal Steel part over this, but I don't know anyone who plays one, so I opted for some hacked up samples, supplemented a little by my own slide licks so they hook up okay. The result is that some of the 'pedal steel' parts are a little rough and disjointed - so let's inagine that they were played by a rusty old timer or a new beginner :)
If anyone out there plays Pedal Steel, please let me know if you're interested in doing a collab or two. I really love that sound.
