Description
Many, many years ago, long before sonicmagpie became experimental, ambient gurus there was a period of time when they were a part of the Philly Soul scene (famously referred to by David Bowie as 'plastic soul' when he was making Young Americans)
Bryn and Cat spent many hours recording and singing as part of the original 'Salsoul Orchestra' .
Recently an unreleaed sonicmagpie acetate was unearthed - recorded in October 1975 - here is the public unveiling of the never heard before 'Unlimited'. We have included the original mix from the acetate. There is also an extended mix, co-produced by Winston Smith from The Leonids which was going to be a 12" single.
music - by sonicmagpie and the salsoul orchestra
vocals - mystified
vocals - particledots
