wow. love me tender. more depth than i intended.

i was thinking donovan's atlantis, and the lord is my shepherd.

the pic is the illumination of understanding life a little more when someone you know dies, and the geometric shape of a compact fluorescent light perhaps being like our mortal coils.

thanks

Sorry about those live dead people annoying you Bill.
Choir is sounding good singing over the lost.
I think you made a point with this one...

there aren't any live dead people annoying me. i am annoyed by the media endlessly trying to influence my feeble mind. but in my day-to-day interactions with real people (and cyber-folks too) i believe they're decent human beings.

we do the best we can. that's all we can do.

thanks

Wonderful work Bill - my mom died in February
and her sister last month. Both lived good lives and their services were celebrations. Sad thing though is that they were the last of the immigrants and their generation in my family. Now I'm the old timer.

They sure are
for the living Smoky and this would be as nice a tune as any to bring a bit of upliftment.....nicely played. I like the idea of the artwork too, regards M

It's a way to remember,
and celebrate the life that has ended. The only ones interested in that, are the living. It's a chance to say goodbye, or Bon Voyage, or Shalom, or whatever.

Love the music and the theme Bill. you are so very right about this. Choir and organ sounds wonderful my friend.

Be well,

Ed

The gates open
Cool...your song is soothing and directs me to imagine the soul's walk towards the gates of eternity where the Living are awaiting it's arrival. Deep, spiritual and thoughtful.

As good as
anything I've heard at a funeral.

Made me smile and be thoughtful at the same time.

Cheers

My condolences, Bill. It's the same my dad always told me about funerals, too.

Eclectic, at best. I learned some music theory at school, and read a ton about it since. I've listened to lots of music over the years. I once played guitar in an actual garage band and actually got paid to play! Once. Although live performance is an... [see more]
