The alto sounds rather chiffy, but I hope to correct that as I become better at playing. I chose the Renaissance genre, but this is a bit misleading, as this piece is dated c. 1420 which places it in the late Mediaeval period. Really a peaceful sound here. Very nice piece. The background hiss is an issue, maybe try recording with the mic level lower and get closer to the mic. Other than that you may be able to get rid of it with a very narrow band eq and noise gate. Enjoyed it. Nice job!
