Description
Track six on the Steam Pod EP from APOD. Please visit PODtoki featuring Mystified for the complete back story.
The song starts with michael2’s heartbeat file eq’d a bit and then takes off from there with my solo effort at creating a song based on the groove. I knocked out the music in one sitting and the vocals in another – then passed the file as a rough mix to Bryn for final mix and master (this one came fast and loose). He has a great talent for working with vocals and a creative touch with adding subtle synths to make the best of anything that comes off his board – as he did here. Cheers PD.

This is a grooving number guys. Very interesting to hear how the song became what it is. I wanna hear the other finished songs as they become whatever they become.
Bud, I always love your guitar work. It's always energetic and explosive and tough guy sounding.
Your vocals are really great on this too. You have this darkness working - a Joy Division feel in a way.
