Gimme Some Lovin (Instrumental)

Description
I got together with some musicians in Atlanta for a live jam, which we recorded with various mics placed around the room and the bass direct into protools running on a pc. Just messing around, but it turned out pretty good.

This bring me
back to when I was in high school and it was a Friday and it was PARTY TIME. With my hair combed back (when I had hair) was ready to paint the town! With my sun glasses on I was ready to go on to the Miracle Mile and do some cruisen ! Way to go, thanks for allowing me to do some reflecting !

Bringing it back!
Man, I wish I had grown up in your area of the country at that time period. You were in the greatest place in the US! I grew up in Birmingham, AL (blah). Thanks for stopping by.

Kickass
What a great jam! I was just reflecting recently with a friend about how there's not enough organ in modern rock. This sounds like you guys were having a great time, and it's a great listen.

Organ
Yea bro, that is a real Hammond B-3 being played through a real Leslie. The organist brought the thing and lugged it into the room...it is gigantic. He basically had to rebuild parts of the organ and the speaker. Guy is a nut! It sounds just unbelievable--just huge--rips. Thanks for listening.

RJ! Thanks for stopping by...I have been basically in a mixed cloud of work, starting a side business, trying to play bass, and stay in shape! I suck, my priorities are so out of order. I need to be playing more bass!!!!! I have so many ideas to share with ya too! Damn it.

Well, I'm sorry...
...that I wasn't able to give this a good listen earlier this week....

Even so, it's really perkin' up my Saturday morning... I was up late last night and had to get my son off to Boy Scouts early this morning... This is a great compliment to my second cup of tea in getting me going, let me tell ya....

Nice vocality on the lead guitar.... the performance among all players is to tight and complete that it doesn't feel like anything's missing....

Gratefully downloaded and into the iPod... This will positively fuel my dump run and my other chores.... Nice and long, too....

I'm always happy when you've got something up, Drew....
