Nice groove. Really digging the guitar riffs. Couple of things though:

I feel there could be something in the chorus and refrain to add depth..perhaps another guitar voice?

I like the contrast between the vocals and the rapping. I thought the rapping part was very cool and much better than the sung vocals. I would have finished it off with the rap and a fade out.

The off pitch vocals make sense for a song like this and I can tell there is skill behind the vocals because the rhythm and phrasing is spot on. However, there are a few places where the pitch seems a bit too out there (IMO). I would also recommend a different mix on the sung vocals..I know you are going for contrast with the rapping but I dont think you need to keep the sung vocals in the background. Im the last guy to be giving advice about verb on vocals but you might want to add some on the sung parts and bring those parts out more. You can keep them distinct but still out in front of the guitar.

I might even bring the bass and drums out a bit more as well.
