you did a really nice job on this one. i have an absynthe soundpack, but want to get the whole deal. it's so nice for sound design. looking at the liner notes, I should have known you would quote me word-for-word. hahaha.

Nice relaxed groove. Understated vocals are working really well against the mood here. Like that muddy bass with a ton of sustain, and the acoustic is a nice flavor. The synths & production give the song it's own identity.

whoa
the melancholy bedroom tune has been done to death over the past ten years but this is actually something fresh, REALLY like the contrast between the organic vocals and guitar and all the electronic sounds, and yeah that's been done before but two things make this unique: the soundbed and the chord progressions. The soundbed is like junk art, or rather "found" art, little sounds picked up here and there and arranged into this pretty thing, which makes for some really cool unexpected moments, while the chord progression is so standard contemporary pop/R&B...i mean everyone from pet shop boys to madonna has played with this progression, and that's so cool, i REALLY (all caps really) dig it when somebody takes a standard pop progression and throws some real lyrics at it. One of my recent favorites kids, thanks so much for the download.

Its cool that you each contributed multiple tracks/treatments, yet it speaks to me with the clarity of one.

Analog synth for $15 and it sounds that organic and mellow. Too cool. Good deal is an undersatement

My favorite virtual band strikes again. This idea that Brian Wilson can not be emulated has been defeated.

Have you ever seen Brian Wilson

Makes you wonder - don't it?
